New Pool and Fire Pit Construction

The clients in this Rio Verde neighborhood were looking to add usable exterior amenities, while increasing the overall value of their property. The land was graded, a pool was built, and accompanying landscaping was installed on a once dirt lot. Custom water features, a fire pit, paver walkways, and an outside sitting area was added.

Scope Of Work:

New construction of a pool/spa, grading, landscaping, paver and stonework, and custom water features. New exterior sitting areas along with a fire pit, lighting, and gas lines were added.

Zero-edge waterfall, new landscaping and irrigation, built in heated spa, custom stone and paver work.
