Our clients wanted to build their forever home in Arizona, and they did not disappoint with the list of amenities that they wanted. Peak One came in, help finalized the plans and got to work! Heavy excavation was needed and took 12 months to complete, including all of the boulders individually placed along the drive creating beautiful natural retaining walls. and many high-end selections were sourced and purchased for this home.
Scope of work:
This 5,279 sf multi-level home with pool and 1,214 sf casita and a combined under roof of over 12,000 sf is situated on an elevated 5 acres with stunning views of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. Thie views were important to the homeowner so designing both the home and the casita around the Arizona landscape was a top priority. We were also able to include many items off the wish list including a negative edge swimming pool, wine room, and luxurious master bathroom.
Areas to note:
The front elevation includes a unique swim-up bar and a large breathtaking negative edge pool with basalt tile creating a dramatic welcome with an accompanying circle driveway, stone work in the entryway. The guest bathroom features a waterfall faucet. There is a custom wine room and wet bar. The detached casita is 1,214 sf and offers visitors their own private desert views. Incredible slab work throughout both homes that looks like art, sauna, library, junior master suite, a 6 car garage breathtaking views. In addition, this high-performance home is Energy-Star rated and third-party-inspected, which will add even more value and savings for the homeowner.
