The clients owned a beautiful piece of land in Scottsdale Arizona and dreamed of a luxury custom home with equestrian amenities. Their vision included maximizing the indoor and outdoor space in a way that would be great for entertaining family and friends, and also offer a variety of outdoor entertainment options. Peak One Builders created blueprints, secured permits, graded the land, completed full-home construction, installed a custom pool, fire pit, outside sitting area, equestrian stables, a 5-car garage and finally planted and completed landscaping planted on a once dirt lot.
